Customer service and messaging for retailers, in Arabic and English.
Thinky Connect brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger into one inbox for your team, with an AI assistant that answers from your own knowledge base and hands over to a person when it should. Your own private system, set up and run for you from Doha.
Why retailers choose Thinky
One inbox, one owner per conversation. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in a single screen. Every conversation has one owner, so nobody replies twice and nothing is missed.
An assistant that knows your shop. Answers in Arabic and English from your own articles — opening hours, sizes, delivery, returns, prices — and passes the conversation to your team the moment it needs a person. You can switch it off any time.
Your own private instance. Your system and your database are not shared with any other business. Nightly encrypted backups. Hosted on dedicated servers with daily encrypted backups; hosting in Qatar or Bahrain available on request.
Campaigns that stay compliant. Send approved WhatsApp templates to the right audience, with automatic opt-out handling, Meta quality monitoring and delivery analytics.
You own the number. Your WhatsApp Business account and phone number stay yours. Connect them in minutes; your team can keep using the phone.
How it works
- Sign up and choose a plan. Monthly limits for staff accounts, WhatsApp numbers and AI replies are shown on each plan.
- We set up your workspace. Your private instance is created, your channels are connected, and we build your knowledge base with you.
- Train your team, go live. Training sessions, a quiet period with the assistant working alongside your staff, then a review together after the first month.
